Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for missing items.

A tracking number will be provided for every order.

5. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Personal preference

  • Dissatisfaction with expected appearance

  • Packages marked as delivered

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Eligible cases may receive a replacement at our discretion.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If an order becomes lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist you in contacting the carrier.
For packages marked delivered but not received, customers must contact their local carrier or post office to investigate. We are not liable for stolen packages or delivery errors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Carrier mistakes

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products
